By using Stratophic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

What Stratophic provides

Stratophic is an AI-powered builder that generates code from natural language descriptions. The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that generated code will be free of bugs, security vulnerabilities, or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before using it in production.

Your content

You own the code that Stratophic generates for you. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it however you want. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Stratophic to generate malicious code or content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the system prompts
• Abuse the API or generation limits through automated means
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created when disclosure is required

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice before major changes.

Limitation of liability

Stratophic is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or the generated code. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
